How do I purchase an out of stock canvas?

Canvases will be restocked as quickly as possible. To make sure you don’t miss out, please send us an email or DM to ask to get on a canvas wait list. All wait lists will be fulfilled before the website is restocked!

How does shipping work?

All canvases will be shipped via USPS priority mail. Please inquire about international shipping. Please note we are a VERY small business and given the handmade nature of the product shipping times may vary. If you need your order by a certain date, please contact us prior to purchase.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final but we want you to be happy with your canvas. Please contact us with any concerns regarding your order.

I’m a true beginner, where do I start?

We’re happy to help guide you! A good start is always a 13 mesh canvas with minimal curves and complicated designs. Our 5” rounds are great starter canvases.

Do you sell fibers or kit canvases?

At this time we do not sell fibers or kit canvases. But we’re happy to help you find a local needlepoint shop in your area or recommend some of our favorites with knowledgable staff and who ship!
