How do I purchase an out of stock canvas?

Canvases will be restocked as quickly as possible. To make sure you don’t miss out, please send us an email or DM to ask to get on a canvas wait list. All wait lists will be fulfilled before the website is restocked!

How does shipping work?

All canvases will be shipped via USPS priority mail. We do not currently ship internationally or offer expedited shipping at this time. Orders will be shipped promptly, but please allow flexibility with current state of USPS.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final but we want you to be happy with your canvas. Please contact us with any concerns regarding your order.

I’m a true beginner, where do I start?

We’re happy to help guide you! A good start is always a 13 mesh canvas with minimal curves and complicated designs. Our 5” rounds are great starter canvases.

Do you sell fibers or kit canvases?

At this time we do not sell fibers or kit canvases. But we’re happy to help you find a local needlepoint shop in your area or recommend some of our favorites with knowledgable staff and who ship!
